cha-an MOCHI MAKING CLASS
Learn to make Ichigo Daifuku (Strawberry Mochi) in a 45-minute hands-on class, then spend 30 minutes enjoying it with traditional Japanese Uji hot matcha—and take home an extra mochi to share. Children are welcome, too!
Date: 2nd & 4th Friday of the month
Time: 4:30 PM & 6:30 PM
Duration: Approximately 1 hr 15 min (45 min class + 30 min tea time)
Location: 3rd Floor of Cha-An
Fee: $75 +tax per person
(*Full payment is required at the time of booking. Reservations are non-refundable within 10 days of the event.
*Children ages 7-13 are welcome. We have reduced caffeine options available in place of matcha. Please inquire as a 20% service charge per child will be added.)

Kindly note the following policies:
● We will provide gloves. You are welcome to bring your apron.
● Full payment is required at the time of booking. Reservations are non-refundable within 10 days of the event.
● We require a minimum of 5 guests per session and limit each session to a maximum of 20 guests. If we do not have enough participants, we may need to cancel the event. In this case, we will notify you at least 2 days in advance and issue a full refund.
● Large groups: please inquire if your party has 5 or more guests before making a reservation. Our large party policy will apply.
● Children aged 13 and younger: A 20% service charge per child will be added to your bill. Please contact us if your group includes a child; we will send you a payment link.
